Can I transfer from Project visa to transferable visa?

As per the Kuwait labor law, unfortunately, one cannot transfer from Project to transferable visa or any other visa, unless you first came to Kuwait on a transferable visa.

How many types of Visa 18 are there in Kuwait?

Visa 18 comes in many categories namely, Aqad Hukumi, Ahli, Masna, Mazra, etc. And all these have different rules.

I hold a visa 20 (Khadim Visa). Can I transfer from Visa 20 to 18?

Unfortunately, Visa 20 cannot be transferred to Visa 18. The only possibility being that the same sponsor owns a company and is willing to transfer under his name.
